CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged a 30% no-show fee. if client is still able to be taken, a late appointment will be charged a late fee. If a client no call, no shows you will be charged the full amount of your service, and you will no longer be able book another appointment until total is paid. All payments must be due the day of your appointment after services have been completed, failure to pay or late payments will result in a $20 late fee for every day it is not paid. Client will no longer be able to book appointments until payment is fulfilled. All deposits are non-refundable!
